Würzige Tomaten-Knoblauchbutter

- 250 g Butter
- 8 Stück getrocknete Tomaten in Öl

Aus dem Vorrat
- 6 EL Tomatenmark
- 1 Zehe Knoblauch
- 3 Spritzer Tabasco
- n.B. Salz & Pfeffer
Zubereitung
- Take the butter out of the fridge and leave it in a bowl to come to room temperature so that it softens and is easy to work with.
- Drain the sun-dried tomatoes well and then blend to a fine paste using a hand blender.
- Peel the garlic and press through a garlic press directly into the bowl with the butter.
- Add the tomato purée and a few dashes of Tabasco and mix all the ingredients together thoroughly until you have a smooth, creamy consistency.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and pour the butter mixture into a suitable container.
- Leave the finished tomato butter at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving to make it more spreadable.
